Expected delivery within 3-7 business days of shipment confirmation.


Express (Australia Post)

Flat rate of $30.00 AUD on all Australian orders.

Expected delivery within 1-3 business days of shipment confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL

Standard International (Australia Post -> Local Postal Provider eg. USPS, Korea Post)

FLAT RATE OF $30.00 AUD ON ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA).

EXPECTED DELIVERY WITHIN 10-12 BUSINESS DAYS OF SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION.

Express International (Australia Post -> Local Postal Provider eg. USPS, Korea Post)

FLAT RATE OF $60.00 AUD ON ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA).

EXPECTED DELIVERY WITHIN 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS OF SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Recipients are responsible to pay all taxes and duties relevant to their order. If the recipient refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to POTIRAKIS and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fee.


Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend, if your order is returned to POTIRAKIS

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

RETURNS

POTIRAKIS does not offer change of mind returns.

If you have ordered the incorrect size of garment and wish to exchange the item for a different size, please contact us. (customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the exchange of garments)

If you have received a faulty product from POTIRAKIS, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description of the product fault along with your order number and contact information. We will follow up with your case and organise a return and examination of the faulty garment. 

If the product is in fact found to be faulty, a full refund including shipping costs will be processed, you are expected to receive this refund within 5-7 business days of refund confirmation.
